Yeah. $4 each turn. I considered earmarking that for the German/Argentinian relief China wanted, but at this point I'm kind of rooting against Germany, though I wont actually sabotage them.
The US is doing it so we can rebuild our nuke launch capability. Which we might, but I didn't commit to.

I have already explained that we have military might, not economic might to try and escape from promising relief funds. And I also mentioned the whole "you fuckers ruined our economy with the sanctions and we haven't fully recovered" line.

I am also super happy to announce that china has FINALLY accepted our fucking alliance proposal. Thank God, we aren't in this alone anymore fellas! We have the two biggest powerhouses of the Eastern Hemisphere putting up their dukes!
