I think only that we can return nuke fire if someone else is at 1 and fires.
We have broken nukes so no.

Also question for Gumpy:
Are the Nukes in question optimized for Megaton destructive power or for spreading Fall-out?
Also, we should probably try and ally with Mongolia and see if we can get some funding from them in order to secure a trade route to China. Push comes to shove, we can always invade Mongolia to accomplish this.

Can I get some firm budget numbers for building units. We are at $10 for military without anything being built.
I'd like to get my orders in soon.

I'd like to spend $8 for diplomacy. Like last turn, we have $50 between our budget and banked surplus. Munkus, you're welcome to start taking over diplomacy if you want but I'm just going to keep filing orders for you until you speak up.
So that leaves us $32 to split between science and construction. I'd favor two firestarts and an infantry; that's $16 for construction and $16 for science (though saving more is always better, of course). The two firestarters should finish the turn we launch Operation Charizard, so they (along with the infantry we started last turn) could hopefully take over border patrol duties for the departing troops.

Hum... if we're relocating the spec ops anyway, maybe we should move them to Georgia? What do you think?

I do not know if we can recall them and immediately send them on a new mission.

If we do the conscription this turn do Georgia and E Russia, then we can close both borders in Georgia next turn when the infantry get there.

Can we specify that the bombers will be equipped with traditional fire-bombs and Napalm? I mean, that tech has existed for about a hundred years and is still a ridiculously effective form of heat warfare.
i.e. the firebombing of Dresden, which did more damage than Hiroshima.

Sounds good. China has said they will contribute at least some firestarters, and I suspect they'll also provide some infantry and their bombers as well.

Is 13$ okay for my research funding? I can save 1$ mil by having someone other than Egypt help with gov. psas (they're charging because of the whole SADPACT Nobel thing) but I wanna keep up a good relationship with them.

$13 is fine. So is helping Egypt; they're in a pretty nasty position, unfortunately.
