Infection and Terror Update: Terror increases to 3 as Turkmenistan goes dark. No sign of infection in Russia.
Funding Update: 38 spent, but Finland/Belarus donate $5 to your cause between them. Bank remains on 17
Agent Update: The agent goes to Kazakhstan to burn the infection out. In a rare success, he is able to (along with the Russian troops) burn the infection down a level to that of a new outbreak. Be warned, the actions he took to do this will cause Kasakhstan to question their alliance if he has to do them again.
Military Update: Militia in Kazakhstan are hurt by locals as they burn the infection out. The bomber raid on Iran is able to obliterate villages on the Turkmenistan border in an attempt to cauterize the infection, but they see that great swathes of the middle east are now quiet and overgrown with those... growths. Please check military panel to see if everything lines up properly now.
Diplomatic Update: Georgia joins - The first signs of infection are appearing and a great crowd of Iranian refugees are making their way to the Russian border. Reports of Greece coming in put them on the first stages of an infection outbreak.

This... wasn't actually what we ordered. If you'd prefer we can discuss that later though, once you have the main thread up.

Seems that our Spec Ops made it to the sea as they are now listed as being in the NE Atlantic.
I guess We move into Georgia and secure their border.

I'll probably ask what it would cost to set up a refugee camp. Outside of Russia.

Did we find out what the infection level in Greece is?

Okay.
Tentative Military Orders
Retrieve Spec Ops $4 Move Infantry into Georgia to secure border? Move all infantry out of Ukraine and into Georgia. Replace Infantry in Belarus with Militia.
Because out navy is in the arctic, I think we could just sail over to the west coast of America or Mexico this turn and do something, not sure what.
See if US needs any help. I already told them about our burning Kaz being effective.
I do not know what else. Start building a bunch of firestarters?

Move tanks into Kazakhstan? We got two in east Russia. Should I recall one of the infantry from W Russia?

I wish light gear was just given automatically. It would be very useful right now to have infantry move two spaces.

Lets move one tank into Kazakhstan and one into Georgia, since either could easily get attacked by virus creatures. We'll start closing the borders to Turkey and Iran once we have units there; it looks like the infection isn't yet enough to make it on the map, but it's there. Once we have the borders sealed we might try to burn it out completely there, but there's not much point until then.
We'll probably be spending a lot on humanitarian aid; probably a refugee camp in Georgia, increased policing in Russia to try to lower terror, and maybe relief to Kazakhstan for the burning we did.

Ugh. We'd need two units in Georgia to close both borders.

That would be $8 for military at this stage.

Can we use conscription to magic a militia into Georgia and one elsewhere (Maybe Ukraine or Belarus?)

Alternate/crazy plan time:
Two turns to move most of our forces, except for a few garrisons, to either Georgia or Kazakhstan. Then we could use them, plus the bombers, plus anything China is willing to commit on a massive assault on Turkmenistan, burning everything. If I have it right, we might even have our first unit of Firestarters for it. With any luck we could be the first nation to cleanse a silent zone.
We probably don't want to totally strip Ukraine in case the rebellion flares up again. We could leave the two tanks there to save on redployment costs, and a militia from conscription. Gives us a local reaction force as well. We'd also want to leave two units, probably Militia, in Russia to guard the border, and our firestarters (since I don't think they could reach it in time), special forces (since they're more valuable and have no advantage over an infantry), and one infantry to guard Kazakhstan and Georgia.
Minus those guard forces, by my math we could have 3 tanks and 9 infantry take part in the assault, plus the bombers, plus whatever China is willing to send.

Okay sure why not. You want to start talking up China about this? It's your baby.
